Title: Problem with auto logging in
Post by: Kenshino on May 16, 2007, 06:15:49 PM
Hi! I've properly installed pnSSI and then updated pnCPG. Both activated and well.

When I try to load the gallery, it loads the gallery but does not log me into the gallery.

The modified pnUser.php is in the correct place, pnRoot/includes.

My settings are fine and unmodified in pnCPG admin panel.

Somehow I am unable to edit my post so pardon me for double posting!

I'm using Postnuke 0.764 with pnCPG 4.01!

Can you login to Coppermine standalone with the PN passowrd ?
You do need to change some settings within pnCPG to make this happen.
I have registered on your site, if you increase my rights I can review for you.

Sure! I've added you to the administration group!

That site is just a development website and not the working one.

So can you tell me any changes that you've made so I can get it done to the working site too?

Fixed your problem.
The following setting detemines how the logon proces should work:
Unencrypted/DUD/Postnuke (1/2/3):

You had it set to 1 where it should be 3.

Thank you!

I tried to update pnCPG on my working site.

I downloaded the package again and realised that pnUser.php was missing from the includes folder.

Is this a new package?

I've used the pnUser.php from my development website and copied it to my working website, is that alright?

the pnUser.php comes with pnSSI, that is what you need anyway.
