If Im not mistaken, did you possibly install an additional cpmfetch folder to your gallery?
In an attempt to Call Cpmfetch twice on one page I installed an additional Cpmfetch folder to my gallery folder and also received the CF ERROR.

I will be posting a new version tonight (maybe) 2.1.1 that will most likely fix this problem.
