I have enabled members Gallery and also some General Photography in my CPG1.4x

I have members complaining to me that in his Member Gallery, there are some photos that do not belong to him. When I checked his gallery, and yes I found some photos that were uploaded to General Photography albums appear in his Gallery. When click on the photos, it goes to the the General Photography site. However, it still appear in that particular member's album, which I cant move. I end up having to delete the file.
Any idea why?
Maybe the user used the album keyword feature? A deep link to the user album would help, as I'm reluctant to browse hundreds of pages just to sport what might be wrong.
Not related to upload issues - moving accordingly.
I have deleted that photo, will post the link here again when there is another one that show up again in other's album.
