I really like coppermine gallery, I have two questions now:
1. I'd like to create a Usergroup with permission to create categories, and not only users' albums.
may I?
2. in this forum I found the script to see Users Gallery in home page, replacing Categories.
And If I would like to see in home BOTH categories and user gallery icons, what should I write?

We have a strict "one question per thread" policy that you agreed to respect when signing up. Respect this policy in the future.
1) Non-admin users can't create albums within public galleries no matter what. No hack, no plugin, no workaround. No matter what usergroup you create. Has been asked and answered extremely often - searching the board before asking your question would have told you so.
2) You'd have to come up with this on your own and hack the code accordingly. That's beyond what you can expect from regular support. If you can't code, hire someone to code it for you. Basically, it's hard (or even impossible) to do what you're up to.
