Title: Change Number of Views using phpMyAdmin
Post by: Iced Coffee on August 17, 2007, 06:38:47 AM
I am using cpg1.4.10 and today I just used Admin utilities to update the thumbnail size. However, by mistake I only checked on the "Thumbnail size only" and forgot to check on "Update thumbs and/or resized photos (1)", and by default, it ran "Reset view counters (1)" (I don't know why this should be checked by default but not the others", and all the view number were reset to ZERO.

So, my question is how can I manually set some number (even it's not true) to my pictures so that they are not zero, and the total is not zero as well? Should I do something with MySQL using phpMyAdmin or any other ways?

Thanks.

Search the board please, i think this has been answered before.

Two other things i want to mention.
1- upgrade to 1.4.12 asap
2- The reset view counter issue can be solved by reading this : http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=34002.msg181573#msg181573 (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=34002.msg181573#msg181573)
