I just check the link in your post. I find that this website using coppermine gallery version 1.4 but has been modified. Would you please post more detailed information of your desire.
when you go to a users profile ( http://gelipo.com/members/MaYa ) , it has personilized backgrounds, plus ther photos/album, profile comments etc..
so basicily what i am after is a more advance profile script like gelipos ..
Unless you have a few thousand euros to spend it's not available. You'd be better off posting what you want and your budget and seeing what offers you get.
