ImageMagick installing/troubleshooting is not related to coppermine and this support forum
And self hosting is not recommended at all

It's part of coppermine's minimum requirements (http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#what) to have one of the image libraries that coppermine can work with (either ImageMagick or GD) up and working. We do not provide help for setting up those image libraries in the first place, nor do we provide help with setting up the other necessary components that are being described in the minimum reuirements (e.g. a webserver) - simply because it's beyond the scope of the coppermine support board to help users set up a webserver properly in the first place.
Your question shows that you haven't read the coppermine documentation. Read it before asking questions.

You have the follwoing options:
As Sami suggested: don't run your own webserver if you don't know how to set it up in the first place. Go for paid webhosting instead, as webhosts know how to run and maintain a webserver.
