My site was hacked today with the insertion of free20.com code.
I tracked the hacker code down to the include folder. i deleted all its files and replaced the files from backup.
I didn't realize that install.lock was not on the backup...now Coppermine thinks it isn't installed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to reinstall and destroy my existing gallery.
Just create an install.lock file yourself and upload it.
thanks but where can i fine the file structure? i don't have a clue what the file looks like
You can leave it empty.
actually i tried that...plain empty text file..no luck
Post a link to your gallery.
it wasn't the install.lock...so i upgraded..now i've killed my database and about 2 years work.
Why?
