I am trying to get that theme http://www.fan-sites.org/fsgallery/displayimage.php?album=topn&cat=-9&pos=2
but with no luck, it says that I can download it at a link to a site, and when I tried it it asked me to create a free account, and I did that 3-4 days ago and I never got the confirmation.
Please provide me with the theme if you have it, I appreciate the help.

We don't have the theme you're refering to. Ask the people who run fan-sites.org why you can't download that theme.
All themes that we're aware of can be previed on the demo (http://coppermine-gallery.net/Obsolete) and downloaded from our download section (http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=89658). If you can't find a theme there, then we don't have it.
