I guess lifter is rather complaining that he doesn't like to be shouted at. In fact, nobody likes shouting. Writing in all uppercase is considered as shouting on the internet. Additionally, you have failed to do as suggested in the sticky thread on this board, which will result in your request being likely to be ignored. I strongly suggest to respect board rules if you want help.
