Title: Show smaller Image View
Post by: fotoshopper on September 12, 2007, 01:41:49 PM
This is the Problem:

A user upload a image with the size of 2800x1700 px

Now I can create a thumbnail and a intermediate size of the image.
Thats wonderful.

If I click on the intermediate size from the image, the original image (2800px) is open. But thats too big. I want only max. a pic of 1000px that shown. But the original image should be also in the database.

How can I realize that?

The modpack's doing that if you watermark your images. In that case it creates a backup of your original image.
Used naming:
orig_imagename.jpg, normal_imagename.jpg, thumb_imagename.jpg, mini_imagename.jpg, imagename.jpg

You should enable auto resizing of the fullsized image to shrink it down to your desired size. If you do not need a watermark you could use a transparent gif
