Title: How to include the smf header as custom coppermine header?

I just find a coppermine site that have the same header with the integrated smf forum. How do they made it?. What are the codes that I must enter in header.php?  ??? ::) ???

Hope someone could help. thanks in advance.

I found this coppermines sites with the same header as in their forum.

I don't think that they used the hack of snork13.
I already made my own header similar to my forum through my coppermine's themes template.html but I want to display my real forum header.

I think this is related to smf ssi hack.  ::)
I still searching for it in smf forum.

The pages you refer to don't display the menu items of their forum, but their overall navigation. This can be accomplished using the custom_header / custom footer features. The pages you refer to appear to be running Joomla though.
