Title: Moved to another server, want to upgrade to the latest version.
Post by: Max_canaryskies on September 15, 2007, 03:56:49 PM
I moved my gallery to another server.

All files and the databas are copied.

But the albums are not displayed.  ???

Also plan to upgrade to the latest version, but need to solve this problem first.

When I click on the Album, I see the message

The selected album/file does not exist !

But there are many images!

Also I cannot login as a gallery administrator now.

Upload your old copy of include/config.inc.php - you should not have overwritten it.

Who sent it !?
Nibbler said that you should upload your old config.inc.php (the one that you have on your backup) to include folder

did you restore your Mysql database too?

I thought I should upload it here but I did not because it contains some passwords.  ::)

Of course, I uploaded it back to the folder.

But it seems that your tables are empty !?
check your config.inc.php , see if you put correct db info or not

Checked the database.
There are different fields cpg133_ and cpg14x_.

Sounds like you did a new install instead of an update. Restore your backup and try again, following the instructions carefully.
