Title: Brigde Coppermine to Joomla
Post by: etysne on September 23, 2007, 06:06:35 PM
Hi.
I've downloaded and installed bridge from: http://www.mehdiplugins.com/misc/ and have done as the instruktions said.
When I start the Brigde Manager it asks for: forum url. and relativ path to my BBS config file. What to write in these two?
My home site is www.tysnesen.com and coppermine is installed at www.tysnesen.com/coppermine
There is made a user for testing: test / test

Is there any possibility to help me whit this. I want coppermine into my website.
regards
etysne

I have the following issue when trying to bridge coppermine and my joomla site,www.tysnesen.com

Coppermine install: http://tysnesen.com/coppermine
Forum install: http://?...... here is one issue, is this my website? because I dont have any cind of forum
Coppermine version: cpg1.4.12
Forum version: ?......?
Test user account on my coopermine: username:test/ password:test
BridgeManager settings:
Forum URL:  http://?....?
Relative path to your BBS's config file: ?.....?
Use post-based groups?:  1
Cookie name/preifx ?.....?

The basic question is to configure the brigde, I'we downloaded the bridge from http://www.mehdiplugins.com/misc/ and done as the instruction says but there seems to be something I dont quite understand. I need som help to configure it.

What is: forum url?
and what is: relativ path to BBS config file?

Is it possible for some helpful persons to configure it for me or guide through?

Hi
Maybe I'm a little bit slow in my mind, but could you please specify a little bit?
