Title: Batch adding problem...
Post by: amy. on October 03, 2007, 05:26:10 PM
Hi. :) I've been using the coppermine gallery now for about a week and in the last few days I've started to have problems with batch add. I upload the files with my ftp program - the firefox addon if that makes a difference - but when I try to add them to the gallery the thumbnails that would normally be there are fully black (picture : http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd222/falsesmiles92/001.jpg (http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd222/falsesmiles92/001.jpg) ). Or if they don't turn out black they end up like this one: original picture : http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd222/falsesmiles92/002.jpg (http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd222/falsesmiles92/002.jpg), picture after batch adding : http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd222/falsesmiles92/003.jpg (http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd222/falsesmiles92/003.jpg). I'm really confused as I don't think I've changed any settings or anything like that. My gallery is http://lobsters-online.net/images/index.php (http://lobsters-online.net/images/index.php). Any help is greatly appreciated!

I've set up a test account like the trouble-shoot section says to....

username: test
password: test

If I've forgotten anything let me know... Thanks for reading. :)

Try with a real FTP app (like FileZilla or SmartFTP) and check if that makes a difference.

Thank you so much!!! I have no idea what the problem was but it seems to have dissapeared with FileZilla. Thank you for your help! ;D
