Title: live site url editiing using ftp..Cant login fromweb after moving website
Post by: pinpoint222 on October 06, 2007, 01:54:41 PM
HI

i moved my website from  www.abc.com/cpg    to www.xyz.com/cpg

I cant login into admin mode as the Live site url is somehow set to www.xyz.com      so login page takes me to root of site which is incorrect.

The database is running fine..images arent showing up though they can be using direct URL..I need to correct live gallery URL using ftp...

Can anyone tell which file saves the general setting of CPR and where are Live gallery folder URL setting saved.??..once it is corrected i can login and albums will showup properly themselves.

- Post a real URL instead of fake one
- Gallery setting stored under xxx_config table of database (it's not a file)
- You can manually browse for admin.php instead of clicking on config button

pardon me.. its www.heritagepakistan.com/cpg

When i click login..it says "you are already logged in"

but when i try direct admin.php

it says.."You don't have permission to access this page. "

i can use rest of the link in the admin panel..but cant open admin.php..

what could be the issue?

1) You're running cpg1.4.9, while the most recent stable release currently is cpg1.4.13 - upgrade!

2) Make sure that the account you're logged in with is actually an admin account. To verify, use phpMyAdmin, browse your coppermine tables, browse the members / users table. Make sure that the account you use belongs to group 1.
