urm, well: what do you have at the moment? Coppermine has integration of user management with some popular bbs right now. This means: when set up correctly, all your forum users can have their own private albums.

Coppermine has bridging with phpbb2, so all you need to do is download the latest version of coppermine.  Then get it up and running as standalone first, to check it is working correctly, then follow the bridging instructions.

Use the same database for your gallery, as you have for the forum.

There are also several threads here for when people have problems with the bridging.

Anyway, get the gallery up and running first, then come back with any questions.

correct, i use cpg with phpbb, it was very easy to install and get working. one you have the standalone working you need to edit the phpbb bridge file

read the docs that come with coppermine: you'll have to run install.php first...

http://your_server/coppermine_dir/install.php is just an example. You are intended to replace your_server with your actual server and coppermine_dir with your actual coppermine directory.

when I try to upload a pic it tells me "Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload pictures"

Also when I try to login as a registered user it dosnt log me in .  I type my name then click ok then it says welcome (Name) then I click ok.  Then on the next screen it brings me to the main page but I am not logged in.  I hope you understand what I am getting at.

Hi Nibbler, you just beat me to it.

@ condiman,

read these 2 threads, and if you still have questions, post them on the correct thread.  We stick to one topic per thread.
