"Mail form" for visitor to inquire administer of photograph on "Image view" page.
It hopes for "Picture Title" and "Picture Caption" to be reflected in "form" as well as the e-Card.
Moreover, it is hoped that "Thank you mail" is transmitted to those who
transmit automatically.
I cannot make php.

Enable "report to admin" in coppermine's config.
I changed "report to admin" to "yes", but nothing is reflected by the page.
What is originally reflected?
