I wanted to ask how can I modify coppermine that after clicking on thumbnail the picture is displayed in new window. I do not want it to be displayed as a pop-up, but a direct link: for example http://www.mysite.com/album/photo1.jpg
I had this modification before but I lost it once I upgraded to the latest version. I searched the forum but couldn't find the right solution.

I'm interested in this too. That javascript and pop up thing are not good for SEO reasons.

You're free to change the mod "from thumbnail to fullsize" to use "real" HTML links instead of JavaScript-driven links.

Edit themes/yourtheme/theme.php, find
function theme_html_picture()and edit as suggested below. If that function doesn't exist in your custom theme, copy that function

You get negative karma (among some other things) by ranting about your karma. Instead: ask yourself why you got negative karma and try to improve the situation. Another thing that can give you negative karma is hijacking someone else's thread, which is what you did in this case. You have a negative record of not respecting board rules, so it's small wonder that your negative karma is increasing ::). No, it can't be marked as solved, as it wasn't you who started the thread, but someone else. As suggested: you hijacked this thread. The original thread starter failed to resolve this thread. That's why it's not up to you to decide wether this thread is solved or nor. The only thing that you can say that it works for you and that the case is closed for you. For the benefit of others, you could post a link to your gallery to give others with similar issues an idea what this mod will look like live.
