Your emails are apparently being blocked at all GoDaddy hosted domains!
This is usually because your host has unresolved or unanswered spam and/or phishing complaints.
I have an account registered as id=guru addr= smf@mgssub.com
and I cannot get the messages sent to this account.
Also I never received
the welcome message for account dgwicks which was just registered
with an address of coppermine@mgssub.com
You may send email to either of those addresses to check to see
if the blocks are still in place and I will answer if I see it.

There is no support by email here. So wherever you sent this email to, none of the devs or supporters will have received it.

Then ask goDaddy or your email provider or webhost. Not related to coppermine. We can't help you figure out your email issues. As long as your gallery sends out emails fine, we're not concerned. You better try to understand the email mechanisms.
