I am using theme Oranje where I need to translate sentence "Comments on this file" under the displayed picture:

I don't know where to find this piece of text (I don't see it in theme.php, neither in displayimage.php). Thanks for answer.

in the theme.php file from the oranje theme
line 831 you find
