Title: Previous/next file after commenting
Post by: davieb on December 04, 2007, 01:19:06 AM
Is it possible to change where the previous/next file links point to after a comment has been left? Currently on our gallery if you click an image from the front page (recent uploads) and then comment on the image, these links then point to the previous/next file in that member's album. We would like to change it so that the links point to the previous/next image in the recent uploads, not the previous/next file by that member. The filmstrip shows the images like this but the links don't match that so I ended up turning off the filmstrip to try to avoid confusion.

the gallery is at http://davidbrennan.co.uk/epv3/coppermine

As noted this only happens AFTER a comment has been made. If you don't leave a comment then the links work fine.

Any clues or help to this one?

You need to pass the referer to db_input through the form and bounce back there afterwards.
