Hallo,
Coppermine themes seem to contain typically 5 thumbs on a row and it is not possible to go to previous or next strip to browse 5 by 5.
However, I agree, there is still the intermediate screen (between album list screen and filmstrip screen) which contains all thumbs of the album but this implies to go out of the filmstrip screen, choose a thumb in this screen and come back to filmstrip screen
Is there a SIMPLE way to add left and right arrows to filmstrips for fast browse ?

The number of filmstrip items can be configured in coppermine's config. It's recommended to set it to an odd number and to keep in mind that people will access your site with different resolutions.

If you just want to add static arrows, edit the corresponding definition in themes/yourtheme/theme.php.
