Title: Web site with Shared boarders?
Post by: riverwinds on December 31, 2007, 11:06:50 PM
My web site was developed in front page with shared boarder on top and right side. The photo section also shows these sharded boards. I want to delete the top boarder on the photo page only. I can not find where to do this. The photo page does not show up on the front page files. Help

Frontpage is not the appropriate editor for coppermine. Impossible to give you advice without seeing your gallery. Post a link.

Actually, the link is http://riverwindsyachtclub.com/riverwinds/
Looking at the HTML output of that page yields the usual horrifying look that you always get if a page has been edited by MS Frontpage. I really recommend re-considering the overall idea to use MS Frontpage. However, the most important issue I can see on your page is the fact that you're using cpg1.4.10, while the most recent stable release currently is cpg1.4.14. It's absolutely mandatory to upgrade no matter what.

I'm not a computer person and front page is the only program that I have leanerd to use so I'm stuck with it for now. The orginal question was how do I remove the top shared board on the photo page from coppermine. Telling me that front Page is a screwed up program does not help me answer the question about the sharded boarders.

I've no idea what a shared border is. It sounds like something made up by frontpage. Just replace themes/classic/template.html with a clean copy to go back to how it was originally.

Not related to permissions - moving accordingly.
