I have done a Windows-Vista-Fix of the xp_publish.php with a short german description at the end of the file. You can translate it to your language if you want.

Hmm, the best solution would be to rename it to windows_publish ... but i dont have tested if you have to change some things in the php-code if you rename it.
Here comes Update 2 of my file:
Please replace it with the file atached.
I have fixed a vistareg-download-error if the user isnt logged in.

Ok, i have tested renaming to windows_publish.php now.
Renaming is no problem. Upload and Regfile-Download works under XP and Vista.
