Title: Upload Error!!

I have a problem like Jezzz. I try to solve a problem but I can't and so confuse. Can you help me? ??? ???

You're running cpg1.4.9, while the most recent stable release is cpg1.4.14. Upgrade!

Do exactly as suggested in the upload troubleshooting section of the docs. You have posted a link and a non-admin test user account. However, you failed to set the number of file and URI upload fields as suggested.

Nobody asked for it. I asked for quite the opposite. Read the section of the docs I refered to and do as suggested there.
