Title: Add text to display.php ?
Post by: pcp20us on February 01, 2008, 09:38:09 AM
Hello all

I want to add some text to the displayimage.php file, below or beside the image that gets displayed. I have search around but unclear on how to do this.
Do i want to add text to theme.php (for my theme) or add text in displayimage.php. Does this text need to be html or php?
I am unclear on how the displayimage page gets displayed
If someone could point me to the relevant doco or give me a run down of what i need to add that would be great.

Thanks

Pete

What you want to get displayed below the intermediate image? Some adds? Always the same txt/ banner? Dynamic content related to the very image....

The instructions posted in http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=46519.0 should apply. In fact, it doesn't matter what static content you add - be it Adsense code, banners or just some text. It only get's a bit more complicated if that content is suppossed to be dynamic.
Please read http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=47177.msg227889#msg227889 as well.

but it did not work.
Not a valid report. What is "did not work" suppossed to mean?
