how can i do the same for my site like:

A- Intermediate Page with additional HyperLink + Botton

Ask the owner of the site you're refering to if you can have his mod. While you're at it, tell them that they're running an illegal copy of coppermine - they have disabled the output of the "Powered by Coppermine" footer, which makes their copy an illegal one. Tell them to restore it.
I just visited that site, and don't know about him.
It's mean he (site's owner) customize it by himself.
But if possible, can I discuss/ask these useful features here for more functionalities of my site (and others too).

We (the coppermine dev team) will definitely not consider features for future versions that will result in more emails being sent around. Ecards are a silly feature imo. I rather would like to drop in from future versions than enhance that function. You're on your own with this, sorry.
