Title: HTML Slideshow
Post by: manidk on March 02, 2008, 09:12:52 PM
Hi Guys

I'm pretty much a newbie.

I've got my page on a Plesk server where my copprmine installation is installed.

I now need to know, how do i make a HTML Slideshow on my webpage ?

Have my own design and it would be rather nice if i could integrate coppermine to show a slideshow directly on the page and leave the "mainpages" to the backend users.

Regards

Martin Nielsen

Did you search the board before posting?

Displaying content taken from coppermine on non-coppermine driven pages is called "content syndication". There is a sub-board dedicated to this - there is a load of mods that can do that. The coppermine dev team recommends using cpmFetch. Do as I suggested and search the board, or browse the corresponding mods section. When using cpmFetch, you can easily wrap the content fetched into a client-driven slideshow. Don't expect to be spoon-fed: what you're up to is not directly related to coppermine, and we're reluctant to explain the same thing over and over to people who are just too lazy to read before posting.
