Make a new folder for each set of files you upload.

Do you add new pictures into the same ftp folder where you uploaded other pictures previously ?

If you want to only see the newest uploaded files then do as nibbles suggests.

The best way, the way i do it, is to keep the folder structure on the FTP side of the story the same as the albums structure in your cpg site.

So if you have a categorie named A and in there you have albums B, C and D then you can have the FTP folder structure the same. So you have, in the albums folder, a folder named A and in there three folders named B,C and D.

That way you can keep track of what goes where and when you need to upload a fresh batch of pictures just add a new folder in FTP and in CPG and upload / batch add the new pics.

Cheers
Hein
