Maybe I've managed to miss it, but is there an general upgrade thread with just upgrade instructions?
If I haven't missed it, I think there should be one, or even an cathegory with threads like "Upgrading from version xxx to xxxx" and so on.
I'm upgrading from 1.4.12 to 1.4.18, and I cannot find instructions for how to do it... sorry if I sound negative, this is really an excellent tool and the forum is great, but I cannot find what I'm looking for!
