i've created catagory but when members were to upload pics to certain catagory there is to link to it?

not sure to understant, but if you try to upload pics in a category, it's not possible. You must upload in albums
sorry - i've created catagory for members to upload their pictures to - when the members want to upload pictures to the particular catagory there is no link to it.

You can't upload pictures to a category. You upload the pics to an album, only. :)
