and the anycontent.php is a file leftover from outdated coppermine version (but understood from other topics this is normal)

Problem solved.
Don't double-post (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,53496.msg260472.html#msg260472)! You're causing extra moderation effort. Locking. Use better subject lines in the future: "question 1" and "question 2" don't fall into the category "intelligent choice" for subjects. Better would have been "4 mandatory files missing" or similar.
