See, so much free space, it looks ugly. How do I move boxes closer to text?

[Edit GauGau] Replaced hotlinked images with attachments [/Edit]

Album list view -> Width of the main table (pixels or %)  :o

But it changes table's width, not the way text aligns. I need text to be closer to upload/text box

You've already been told what you need to do:

You can install and use (as suggested in many sticky posts) Web Developer Extennsion (http://chrispederick.com/work/web-developer/) for firefox to find it
As Twist suggested, we have constantly been hinting on the Web Developer Toolbar and the usefullness to sort out all kinds of CSS-related issues. Some threads where we have mentioned that toolbar: Making a brand new theme, where to start? (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,24056.msg123520.html#msg123520) or Tools recommended by the devs: Web Developer Extension (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,31423.msg145984.html#msg145984)
Please keep in mind the strict "one issue per thread" policy that you agreed tor espect when signing up.
