I have upgraded my gallery from 1.4.10 to 1.4.19 and I am unable to send E-mails or E-cards. I have updated all the files including update.php. I followed all the steps as suggested in Forums. Please advise me.
My galler: http://kadapa.info/gallery/index.php (http://kadapa.info/gallery/index.php)
Thanks in advance for all the great help.
Non-registered users don't have the ecard option on your site - you must have disabled it. What exactly are we suppossed to look into? Provide a non-admin test user account if needed.
Still i'm unable to send emails. Could yo please help me with this. Please find non admin test user account as below:
userid: tester
password : same as userid
url: http://kadapa.info/gallery/index.php
Works perfect for me.
Just in case.... The snapshot was before sending the e-card, but I send it and received in my e-mail just great.
I have tried it with another user id which is having a google email and the email is not delivered. I am not sure if this is a defect. When I tried it with a user who is having E-mail id same as my domain it's working fine. To see this i'm providing a non admin test user account as below:
userid: testing
password: test
url: http://kadapa.info/gallery/index.php
If works for some e-mails, works for all of them.
Did do check the Spam folder?
I checked it and still i'm not seeing no ecards (emails) from coppermine gallery when user have a email id (hotmail/gmail) other than the same (http://kadapa.info). The above test id has a hotmail id (email). Try to send E-card that account. You can see the same issue as i specified. Please advise me.

From that account? or do you mean
to that account?
I send an e-card from that account (cpg doesn't check the sender e-mail) and I received in a hotmail account and work great.
If somebody can re-test this would be helpful for "kdpvijay" because his/her gallery it's working as expected IMO.
I have recieved on my gmail account.
Your email services working fone IMO.
