For me can a question be done so that categories hatched on the right or on the left as there is a menu???

how to do that categories hatched from a right in a column as menu.

You can not easily implemet a category list that is not part of the {GALLERY} placeholder token. So the short anwer is: unless you're a good coder, you can not accomplish this.
