Print Page - BBCode help box unformatted

Title: BBCode help box unformatted

When I open the bbCode help menu the following page pops up - ironically, as you can see, the information about formatting is unformatted!
Can you point me towards a solution (none on the CPG boards) or how the formatting script is not being read - so I can fix it myself?
