Hi again - I hope I am not abusing your help. I have another question. This one about the page titles. I took out the gallery description, which got almost me what I wanted on the Album pages. On the Home page I have " - Home" and in my cat pages I have the breadcrumb trail preceded by " - "
ON my album pages, I have " - Album name"
So - How do i replace the 'Home' on the main page (to what i want to call it) and then get rid of the " - " everywhere else?
Thanks!
Home is in /lang/english.php
How should you title looks like? Do you mean that: http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=54112.0 ?
With the link you remove the "album name", you can reenter the Album name into the template.html of your template before or behind the {TITLR} for example MY HOMEPAGE {Title} then it will sisplay on every CPG page title
Hi McKenzie,
Thanks for your help so much.
Here is what i would like to have happen - I have tried to use the other thread you showed but I think I may be too dumb. What I would like to have happen is:
http://www.superficialgallery.com/Celebs/albums/index.php
Change: " - Home" to "Celebrity Pictures"
http://www.superficialgallery.com/Celebs/albums/index.php?cat=2
Change: "- Home > Female Celebrity Pics" to "Female Celebrity Pictures" or Whatever the cat name is.
http://www.superficialgallery.com/Celebs/albums/thumbnails.php?album=1345
Change: " - Aaliyah" to "Aaliyah"
Hope that makes sense! Thanks!
There must be something wrong, please read http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=54112.0 carefully.
It should look like that: http://icmesa.org/thumbnails-2209.html (without "- Car Picture Gallery")
It should look like that: http://icmesa.org/displayimage-2209-2.html
In that titles are no "-" and I done everything like on http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=54112.0
With the breadcrumb "Home > Name" I can't help you but I'm sure a moderator/administrator can help you tomorrow (I'm also learning in Coppermine ;))
How can he change the breadcrumb
"Home > Name" into "Name"
"Home > Name1 > Name2" into "Name2"?
Those are entirely different animals that should not be discussed in one thread as per our "one issue per thread" poilcy.
