I've found my small coppermine galleries have begun throwing errors when using the batch upload feature of the software. It'd be useful to know if it's a configuration error or something else I can fix or something wrong with the site host.
When using batch upload the thumbnail page prior to insertion (which lists filenames and gives a thumb of the images to be added) often doesn't show thumnails for some of the images (say 10 don't show up if 70 images are being added) - it seems to be fairly random as to which don't have thumbnails (and clicking on the filenames opens the full image without errors. On the next page (which shows the status of each file insertion) it's common to see "Click for details errors or reload" error text (this doesn't relate to the thumbnail failure and effects a sizeable number of images - at times as high as 40%-50% I think). Clicking on the error text tends to work though it's not really practical to have to manually click through multiple images to force the insertion.
Every so often when manually clicking on the "Click for details errors or reload" an Internal Server Error which does feel like it might be contributing to the issues. Could it be (and is it indicative of any specific issue - such as bad code in a .htaccess file)?
I am having a similar problem. About half of the thumnails on the batch add upload page are broken images and these do not get inserted into the album. the file names are all clickable and all of them pull up the full size image. I set debug mode and there don't appear to be any error messages (see below):
