I know you are a busy people, I've spended long time figuring out the answer to my problem but I've not got any lucky.
I'm the admin of the website and I've created some categories and albums here http://www.remedianos.com/fotos/ where I want that the registered users can upload photos to these albums that I've created. but I don't find the way how to do this, because when I log-in like register user, I can create categories and albums and upload photos to those albums that I've made like user, but I can't find the way to upload photos to the albums that have been created by the admin...
Can you help me with this issue ?

Click on edit album after you login as admin, tick allow public upload or sth. And remember to also enable the upload right in the configuration, too.
