Title: How to bypass the image thumbnail (2nd view)
Post by: daopdesign on October 15, 2008, 06:32:46 PM
I've successfully figured out how to get all my thumbnails the same size by installing a mod pack but now the thumbnails are far to big (when clicked) and I can't find any way to set the size for every image. I'd prefer to bypass this part and when a user clicks on the actual small thumbnail, a pop up window appears with the original large file size. I know this has been achieved for older versions of Coppermine but wondered if there was a solution for the latest version - I'm using 14.19.

Please post links to instructions on how to do this, thanks

Perhaps this solution might fir your needs: try the EnlargeIt! Plugin http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,53290.0.html and set it to the original size file.

In fact there's a load of mods that will allow you to skip the intermediate sized view and let you jump directly from thumbnail to full-size, e.g. LightBox JS for Fullsize Popup Image (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,35539.0.html), GreyBox Popup Window for Fullsize Images (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,35530.0.html) or from thumbnail to full-size pop-up (skip intermediate page) (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,34360.0.html). In the future, please search thoroughly before asking for support.
