I run an archive that allows any user to register and post pictures. But lately I have been slammed with spammers and I'm tired of it. So I upgraded to the newest script 1.4.19. I noticed (and loved) that it has Visual Verification on it.
So it's all up and running again (I paid my host to install it). But when I go to config figuring I would have to enable the option, there is no button to turn it on? What do I have to do to turn this feature on? I'm not seeing it under General Settings or User Settings. I know the script is upgraded also. The top reads: Gallery Configuration - Coppermine Photo Gallery 1.4.19 (stable).
So any help would be welcome.
I searched the boards, but only reference to visual verification is from 2006.
Thanks.

Out of the box, cpg1.4.19 doesn't come with a "visual verification" (aka "Captcha") feature, so it's no surprise that you haven't found anything about it in coppermine's config. It only comes as a plugin or mod. Search the board for "Captcha" or "comment spam" to find the corresponding plugin thread. Maintenance releases don't add new features, but only fix bugs.
