Do exactly as suggested in the documentation (http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm), section "asking for support on upload issues (http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#upload_support)"
According to your screenshot, your gallery resides on http://lusotruckfan.net/cpg1410/, so we already have part of the information we need. Now we need you to post a non-admin test user account with the settings as suggested in the docs section I refered to above.
