Title: Problem with our Category list
Post by: Toretto on December 21, 2008, 06:20:57 PM
Me and my "partner" are working on a wallpaper site for my partner, and after debating we decided to use the mod to show categories like albums, that's been posted on this site.

In theory, there should be three colums, each w/ the categories and a thumbnail for each category.  That worked fine, but now, for some reason, a problem showed up.  After every 2 "rows" of categories,
instead of starting at the left, the new line "row" starts to the right, then moves on to the next line.

You can see what I'm talking about over here (http://www.quantumwallpapers.com/gallery)

We've tried a lot of things, but we're clueless now.  Does anyone have a suggestion how to fix the "7th category of doom" problem?  ???

Thanks in advance :)

Describe your problem - I have no idea what you're talking about.

Sorry, that was a terrible way of describing the problem :)

When you visit our front page, you'll see that our category list looks like an album list, thanks to a modification mentioned on this site.

The problem is, that every 7th category in that list (from left to right), or every 3rd row... aligns to the right instead of where it should go; being the left.  It breaks up the category listing and it messes up the entire lay-out.

Placeholder tokens show through as well, so I guess you applied a mod improperly. I suggest posting a link to the thread that contains your mod. Also zip up your custom theme folder and attach the theme zip to your posting.
