Hi ,
I am using Coppermine as a piece of software supplied by my hosting company.
They set up the Mysql database, and then load in the scripts etc.
It all appeared to be working fine, with various photographs etc uploaded and all looking good.
On returning a few hours later I proceeded to login, my details were accepted, and I got the welcome message, but then the page just refreshed to the login page?
It has done this ever since.
I have deleted the database and re-loaded the scripts but again the above scenario is repeated.
I have contacted my hosting company regarding the problem, but they have no idea and suggested I come to Coppermine direct.
Hope you guys can help, it's a great tool.
Thanks
Gethyn

We don't support pre-installs. The only supported install method is the one we describe in our docs.

Well, you should read the posting rules and do as suggested there. You're required to post a link to your gallery!

Not a bright move, you shouldn't have done that.
Do as I suggested then.
You're a bundles of laughs aren't you? ::)
Thanks for your reply, I actually managed to sort the problem out around 30mins ago.
;D
Then why don't you share your insight with us for the benefit of others with similar issues? ::)
Was goign to J, but saw your god awful attitude on the other thread I simply commented on as having the same problem.
Think I'll just go looking for another platform with friendlier people and a fairly decent outlook on support. ;)
OK, farewell ::). Locking.
