Is there a way for users to be able to keep track of the pictures they upload instead of getting the pictures jumbled in the public galleries? Like a copy saved automatically in a personally gallery or it automatically added to their favorite pictures.
They just need to open their profile and click 'Click to see all uploads by username'
Hmm, i have a test account which would show me what users see and i have no option to view my profile, only edit it.
I can go through the search and type in usernames to find pictures posted by those people (which i guess works)...wonder if there's a mod so i can add a button that automatically searches the logged in username? ???
Click the users name under one of their thumbnail pics, and you should see the info you need.
Sorry for the red mark dude above me, learning how to use this forum, lol.
I guess that works too, just want an easy way for my members to see what pictures they've uploaded themselves for remote linking purposes.
Then create a custom link if you want. It's quite easy - you just need to follow the scheme that you can see easily from what has been discussed in this thread. The link to a user's uploads is http://example.com/your_coppermine_folder/thumbnails.php?album=lastupby&uid=your_user_id, where you have to replace your_user_id with the actual ID. Want an example? Here's a link to all the uploads I have made in our demo: http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/thumbnails.php?album=lastupby&uid=2
