sorry i dunno how can i start posting my probleme
i think one day i update my coppermine but i upload also ( albums folder ) too
each time i try to upload any file

You failed to take the time to read through the sticky thread and the corresponding section in the docs.
Here http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#upload_trouble (http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#upload_trouble) it also says not to post debug output unless asked to do so, it clutters up the board real fast.
Did you perform the steps as described under: 4.11.4 Upload troubleshooting ??
