Is there a way to turn off a members email notifications from the gallery she no longer wants to receive them when someone leaves a comment on something she uploads? I paid freelance person to install the mod so that the board members could get email notification but of course you always have one that doesnt want to get them lol.

If you have applied a custom od that sends the emails than you'll need to have custom code applied as well that stops that. A feature that doesn't exist in Coppermine're core code can hardly be supported, especially with so little information given. Your request is invalid. Ask the freelancer who applied the mod for you.
