You don't have to be a programmer to upgrade. You just need to be capable to download a zip-file, unzip it and upload it to your webspace using your FTP app. That's done in less than 5 minutes. The in-between step of backing things up could take a little longer, but you should perform that step frequently anyway, so it's not directly related to backing up.

Sorry, I have read the posts in the past. I have sent emails to people that have said they will upgrade for a price and never received a response. This is the reason why I created the post. I didn't realize you could not post your email address, especially since the icons have an email address available. Did I post this in the wrong place? Can I edit my original post? I have noticed that some of the responses here seem to be a bit negative to those not knowledgable about your product.
