Title: [Solved]: Exact Thumbnail size not working

I installed the latest version of both Coppermine and Stramm.  for some reason I cannot get the images to be an exact aspect ratio.  All I see is Max Aspect, Height and Width.  Anyone know how to fix this?

use english US to do the settings
